Thank you Smiley360 for allowing me the opportunity to try these out for free. I did the Optimal Challenge to allow 30 days to see how and if these supplements really work. I am definitely a believer. My hair has had minimal breakage, my nails aren't bending and cracking/peeling/chipping as much anymore, and my skin appears to be a bit smoother.
